You will all be amazed to hear that there’s a website of Government of India where you can lodge your Grievances pertaining to various service departments in India!

The main thing is that the service really works and this means you will get your problems solved officially by Indian Government.

Here’s an example:

Recently, I posted a complaint against Airtel mentioning how they have not taken any action on the unsolicited calls I receive even after registering with National Do Not Call Registry. So I posted this complaint in the Department of Telecom section.

Few days back, I received a registered post from the Government of India. It was a CC photocopy of a letter that has been also sent to Airtel by Department of Telecom, Government of India. In that letter they have asked Airtel to send them a reply as to why they have not taken concrete action regarding my problem.

But Before lodging complaints keep the following things in mind:

    • No Spamming at all, may be your IP (Internet Protocol) Address gets traced and it may lead to serious consequences.

    • Keep your complaint details as accurate as possible with suitable references.
