Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has made a compulsion that all online credit card transactions NOW requires an extra layer of security verification from 1st Aug 2009.
As per this rule, every Credit Card Issuing Bank must provide it’s users Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode Password!
