When you have accumulated lots of Reward Points, than you can redeem these points for items in various categories like Apparels, Charity, Dining, Electronics, Fashion, Healthcare, Kids, Lifestyle, Periodicals, Personal Care, Watches, Travel etc. While writing this post, HDFC Bank’s MyRewards Program even allows its customers to redeem their accumulated reward points against air miles from India’s top airlines – Jet Airways, Air India & Kingfisher Airlines!
But, How to Redeem these Reward Points for HDFC Bank Silver/Gold/Titanium/Corporate/Platinum/Signature/World HDFC Bank Credit Cards? Here are the details for the redemption form you can find online:
Once you have accumulated enough/lots of Reward Points and are ready to Redeem, you need to go to Official HDFC Bank MyRewards Program Page. On this page, you can browse the catalogue and search for various items depending on the type of Credit Card you are using and total number of Reward Points you have accumulated.
Once you have finished browsing the catalogue and have decided your preferred item which you want to redeem, hit the Add to Cart Button on the Item Page >> The immediate next page will be your shopping cart, here click on the Check Out button to go to the final page OR continue adding more items to your shopping cart based on the total amount of Rewards Points you are having >> On the Final Page, add you Card Related details viz. Card Holder Name, Card Number, Card Expiry Date and Date of Birth and hit the Print Button (Click to enlarge the following Sample Form):
Either print the resulting document/form using a printer attached to your computer OR use software which converts the print document to PDF File like doPDF etc. – Converting the document to PDF will allow you to print the final document/form later.
Now, once you have printed the Final Redemption Document/Form with all the necessary item and point related details, you have to mail it to HDFC Bank Chennai Branch. The branch address can be found at the top of the form.
You can also download a separate redemption form to your computer using THIS LINK – Just fill it with all necessary item redemption related details and mail it to the Bank address mentioned in the form. HDFC Bank will send you the item as per their policies.
