A few days back, we saw the general procedure for Getting a Refund for ANY Purchased App from Android Market, where you need to return the Paid Application within 15 minutes of its Purchase!

Let’s check out in this post, an alternate way of getting a refund for any paid/purchased Android Market Application (App). – Very useful when the 15 minutes of refund time frame is over!
If any purchased App on your Mobile Phone/Tablet is GENUINELY facing problems like Force Close, Bugs, Crashes etc., than the method we are going to see in this post will be very useful for you!
For getting a refund for any purchased/paid Application, after 15 minutes of refund time frame is over, you need to go to your Account Purchase History using THIS LINK (Login with the Email Address you use with your Android Market Account)
Now, here you will see a Full list of All Free and Paid Apps currently installed on your Mobile Device/associated with your Android Market Account:
In front of Name of every App you will see 5 more columns viz. Application Category, Price, Date of Purchase/Installation, Status and Help.
In the Help Column, you will see Report a Problem Hyperlink (JavaScript Link). Click on Report a Problem Hyperlink in front of the Name of any particular App for which you want to get a Refund, you will see following pop-up interface:

Here select I’d like to request a refund from the Drop Down Menu in front of SELECT YOUR ISSUE… You will now see following details in your browser:

with following text:
Please note that if this is the first time you purchased the app, you may uninstall the app for a full refund within the first 15 minutes. To uninstall and refund an app, please follow these steps:
- Open Android Market
- Press Menu and touch “My Apps”
- Scroll down and select the app in question
- Touch “Uninstall & Refund” or, if you haven’t installed the app yet, touch “Refund”
- You should receive a cancellation email confirming your refund shortly
If it’s been more than 15 minutes, then we are only able to make exceptions to our refund policy in cases where there are extenuating circumstances.
At the end, you will see If you feel you should be entitled to a refund please describe your reason in detail below written along with a description box. Here you need to enter the exact problem(s) in details which your Mobile/Tablet Device is facing with the Application and hit the Send Report Button.
As far as I can tell, your message will go directly to Android Market Team as well as to the Application Developer, and you may receive a full refund for your Purchased Application, in case the developer is unable to fix the problem for your device!
Note: Just in case, you only want to Report a Problem/Bug for any particular Android Mobile/Tablet Device Application and don’t want to apply for a refund, than you need to select App doesn’t work properly from the Drop Down Menu. You will see following interface in your browser:
