Gmail one of the best E-mail service provider, provides you with an option to add and access upto 5 other Gmail Accounts from a single (Primary) Gmail Account!
This POP feature is absolutely free and there is no need to login again and again for checking as well as sending E-mails from different Gmail Accounts! This post covers:
1. How to Add 5 Different Gmail Accounts to Primary Gmail Address?
2. How to send E-mails using the same address to which a particular E-mail has been sent? OR How to send E-mails using different Gmail Address instead of the default one you are using?
1. Go to Gmail and Sign In with the ID which you want to make as Primary E-mail Address for accessing all other Gmail Accounts.
2. Now Click on Settings present at the Top of the Screen (See Screenshot below):
3. Now Click on Accounts Tab:
4. In the Accounts Tab you will see a LINK which says Add a mail account your Own:
5. As soon as you click on the LINK, you will get the following Window, just Enter your other Gmail Account Address here and Click Next Step:
6. Now Enter desired Username (or leave it as default) and Exact Password for the E-mail Account you want to Add. Select/Add Desired Labels and leave everything else Intact (See Screenshot below):
7. Click Add Account. After this the other Gmail Address will be added to your Primary Gmail Account and you can read all the E-mails that has been sent to the other Account. Repeat the above mentioned steps in order to add 4 more Gmail Accounts.
Now in order to send E-mails from the account(s) you recently added, just follow what is written next.
How to Send E-mails from other Gmail Accounts you recently Added?
1. Just after Step 7 above (after you click Add Account). You will get the following Window:
2. Now select Yes, I want to be able to send mail as your.other_gmailaccount@gmail.com.
3. Now enter the Name which you want to display when you send E-mails using the other Account. Also you can set desired Reply too address:
4. Click Next Step and Gmail will ask you to send a Verification Code to the other E-mail Address. Just click Send Verification:
5. Gmail will send a Confirmation E-mail to the other account with a Confirmation LINK as well as a Confirmation Code.
Just Click on the Confirmation LINK from the other Account or Copy-Paste the Verification Code in the Primary E-mail Address:
6. As soon as you are done with above. Make sure you select the first option Reply from the same address the message was sent to in Send Mail As Category under Accounts Tab:
7. It’s All Configured. Just Click on Compose and Select desired E-mail from the Drop Down Menu, from which you want to send E-mails:
This goes same for sending Replies to E-mails which has been sent to other E-mail Accounts.
