Fake Airtel Onspeed Search Engine

Airtel is one of the biggest Telecom Giant in India. No doubt it has great offers and services. Airtel Broadband Service is also growing day by day. The main brickbat of their broadband service is their OnSpeed Search Engine

You will always redirected to their Search Page as soon as you enter any invalid URL. The homepage of this features Yahoo! Search. Just enter any Search Term and the Search Results are completely NIL!

So how come it’s fake? Here in each and every page, instead of giving search results, you will find a whole lot of Text and Image Advertisements. People starts clicking on these Advertisements (as these Advertisements are mostly context Sensitive to the Search Term) when they don’t find any sort of search result.

By this technique Airtel is making Big Bucks per Day. To the Surprise, how come Yahoo! Search Engine in not yielding any Search Results?

Hope Airtel might remove this service completely or atleast provide some real Search Results so that it’s Broadband Users gets benefited.
