Now you can access all Additional Email Accounts from your Primary Gmail Account with a Single Click!

Just follow these very Simple Steps to do so:

1. Login to your Primary Gmail Account (where you have added Additional Email Accounts for POP3 Access)

2. Head over to Labs Tab under Settings and Enable Refresh POP Accounts Lab Feature

refresh pop accounts

3. Click Save Changes present at the Bottom of the Page

As soon as you have successfully completed above Steps, click Refresh Present at the Top of your Mail Box:

gmail refresh button

Clicking Refresh will NOW do following 2 Things:

  • Refreshes your Primary Gmail Account, so that you can view NEW Emails (if any)
  • Refreshes all Additional Email Accounts using POP3 and Fetches NEW Emails (if any)

If Gmail Fetches any New Email using POP3, than you’ll get following Successfully done Message:

gmail pop3 new mail

If there are No New Emails in any of the Additional Email Addresses, than you will get following Message:

gmail pop3 no new mail

Clicking Refresh in short intervals and too many times will result in following Message:

gmail pop3 error

Atleast allow 5-10 Minutes before you Hit Refresh Again!

If you have trouble Setting up POP3 Accounts, make use of THIS Official Google Guide. Indeed a Very Useful Gmail Labs Feature!

  5. Tech Sputter says:

Your Gmail address will be included in the email headers of your message in the sender field, to help prevent your mail from being marked as spam. Most email clients do not display the sender field, though some versions of Microsoft Outlook may display “From customaddress@domain.com on behalf of yourusername@gmail.com“—unless you’re using Gmail for your domain.
