Need may arise when you have to leave your Email Address over Twitter, Public Forums, Blog Comments etc.

And leaving your Email Address in Raw Format (abc.123@xyz.com) gives direct invitation to SPAM Bots which are constantly crawling World Wide Web to fetch Email Addresses! These SPAM Bots will then send plethora of SPAM Messages to the victims Inbox!

But still, if you are required to share your Email Address over Publicly Accessible Internet Resources than use Scr.im

Scr.im will convert your Email Address into a short URL which is very easy to remember! For Example: My Email Address is mrinmay.bhattacharjee@gmail.com and instead of sharing this directly on Public Forums, Twitter etc., I used Scr.im and my Email Address can be accessible using this Link: http://scr.im/mrintech

Now here comes the main security part. As soon as you enter the above Scr.im URL in order to get my Email Address, you will have to Pass a Captcha Test. This test is of course easy for Humans to pass, but very hard for SPAM Bots:

Scr.im also gives you necessary HTML Code (for integration in a Website/blog: m…@g…l.com) and Bulletin Board Code (BBCode: [URL=http://scr.im/mrintech]m…@g…l.com[/URL] ). Both of these will lead to the Scr.im URL Mentioned above:

Some other ways to remain safe from SPAM Bots is to use Disposable Email Address and Converting your Email Address into an Image!

Rest Assured your Email is safe from SPAM Bots with Scr.im!
