Color blindness, a color vision deficiency, is the inability to perceive differences between some of the colors that others can distinguish.
Now How a Color Blind Person will See your Website? If you want to design a website equally useful for all than you must test your website for Color Blind People as well. As it will be really very difficult for them to perceive colors if your website is full of Random Colors in Images, Header, Text, Footer etc.

I think this blog will be really easy to perceive/navigate by a color blind person. Notice the difference in Colors of Sidebar, Header and the Image. Moreover the Advertisements are completely removed. I guess, it will be really very annoying for a Color Blind Person to perceive Colored Advertisements.
