The service is offered by LinkBunch. LinkBunch allows you to put multiple links into one small link which you can share over IM, Twitter, email or even a Mobile Phone SMS.
Right Now the service is in Beta Stage, this means you cannot edit the links you already placed. But this will be ruled out soon as per LinkBunch.
The Service is easy to use. Just paste multiple links into the box right there at the LinkBunch Homepage, one link on each line, and click Bunch to bunch them together.
