Get rid of the big websites that host all of the stuff. Why doesn't the government take action? Because some of the websites are hosted in other countries. I wish that these websites could get shut down so that there could be more jobs but some argue that software/movies are more popular because of these piracy websites. Google is now touching piracy with books. They are scanning books and making them available online. Some authors do not like this but others say that they have more sells. The same goes for Youtube. There are copyrighted video on Youtube and Youtube only pays a few of the authors of the videos. Youtube makes money off of advertising along with the videos. However, the videos become more popular.
