Wikitaxi allows you to download Wikipedia on your computer. According to WikiTaxi Complete English version of Wikipedia can easily fit on a 8 GB Pen Drive!

Before you can actually use WikiTaxi, you must download your Wikipedia from the Internet and import it into a WikiTaxi database. This is necessary for offline browsing. Actually these are Wikipedia Backup’s also known as XML Dumps.

    Nice…. Tested with that 25 MB Dump file (though the content in it was not THAT useful.).

    When I first read title of post I thought it’s about that age old Webaroo Wikipedia pack.

    The tool WikiTaxi really rocks. :)
