RSS Feeds are the best way to remain updated to the content of various sites either via RSS Reader or via E-mail Subscription. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication, which fetches new content from various sites.
If you are using Wordpress Self Hosted Blog and wants to redirect all feeds present in your Pages and Posts to FeedBurner or Google FeedBurner, than a simple Wordpress Plugin will do it for you.
Before going into details, for information Google has already acquired FeedBurner. So if you have an account on FeedBurner or Google FeedBurner (http://feedburner.google.com ; No www here), than the plugin will work for both.
FeedSmith Plugin is an awesome plugin which will redirect all your feeds to FeedBurner or to Google FeedBurner for Wordpress Self Hosted Blogs.
All you need is to download the plugin, upload it to your Wordpress Plugin Directory (via FTP) and Activate it.
As soon as the Plugin is activated, go to FeedBurner under Settings from Wordpress Dashboard, and simply enter your Feedburner or Google Feedburner Address as follows:
You can also Create Feeds for your Blog Comments area, so that users can remain updated with latest comments post on your Blog.
Lets Clear this with an Example:
The default Feed Address for Mrintech is http://mrintech.com/feed, now Feeds Logos/Links, containg this address, can be present anywhere in the Header, Footer, Pages and Posts.
Now as soon as FeedSmith Plugin is installed all the Feeds get redirected to http://feedproxy.google.com/Mrintech, no matter whatsoever the feed address is.
