Google Updates fetches latest updates/content from Twitter and from various other Sites/Blog across the Internet as soon as Google Bot crawls them! Example here

Google Discussions actually consists of Search Results which Google saves into it’s Index while crawling various Web Forums across the Internet. Example here

You can see in the above Screenshots, the Left Hand Side Pane is Always visible in every Search Result Page. Earlier their used to be a JavaScript Trick with which anyone can view the NEW Google in his/her Browser, but the JavaScript Code doesn’t seem to be working now!
There may be some modifications in the Redesigned Search Version of Google and other Google Products before it goes LIVE for everyone! Till then Enjoy above Screenshots of NEW and Redesigned Google!

It appears that search engines are all doing some redesigns: Yahoo is working on a new homepage, Microsoft is working on Windows Live, and now Google is redesigning their search layout. The new layout will provide more information to users about a site simply by selecting the expandable arrow. Once the arrow is selected then more information will be displayed about the site, including a longer description/summary and a related image. They will also include related links to that site to help users find the information they are looking for more quickly.
This is a good idea by Google because they are not cluttering up the page and at the same time they are providing more information.

I heard this new interface has been rolled out in India and Australia. Better check using google.co.in and google.com.au and maybe you can see the interface live
Right Now I can see only old Google in both the domains…
waiting got new interface, this new homepages have sharpen effect.
