Grab Files from One Server to Another using ADrive!

Need may arise when you want to Transfer Files from One Server to Another, instead of downloading the file onto your Computer Hard Disk!

Server to Server Transfer Process gets completed in Seconds and the files are ready to be shared with your friends, relatives etc.

HostGator
I already wrote a Post regarding Transferring files from One Server to Another using Rapidshare Remote Upload Feature. Similarly using ADrive you can transfer Direct Links to Files Hosted on some other Server!

First of all Grab a Free account of ADrive using this LINK – ADrive offers you 50 GB of Free File Hosting; a Must Signup for everyone!

As soon as you have created your account, Login with your Desired Username and Password. You can see your Dashboard.

Now Create a New Directory (although not necessary) where you want to save your files Transferred from Some other Server and give it easily identifiable name:

adrive create directory

Now Click Transfer Remote Files present at the Top of your File Manager:

adrive remote transfer

Now you will be redirected to a page which consists of following interface:

remote file

Enter the Web Address (preferably Direct Links) from where you want to Transfer Files to your ADrive Account and click Retrieve. ADrive will start downloading the file for you and also show you download status Page.

Important: Don’t close the Status Page Window/Tab otherwise your Transferring Process will be Terminated Immediately!

Bonus TIP: Transfer Files from Rapidshare Premium Account to ADrive!

If you are using Rapidshare Premium Account, than you can transfer all your files from Rapidshare Server to ADrive Server using the same Remote File Transfer feature of ADrive discussed above!

For this whenever you are going to download file from Rapidshare:

  • Click Premium User, instead of Free User
  • Copy the URL which opens after clicking Premium User - IMPORTANT
  • Go to Adrive and Click Transfer Remote Files, enter the copied URL in the Web Address
  • Enter your Valid Rapidshare Premium Account Username and Password just below the Web Address in the Username and Password Field
  • Click Retrieve

ADrive will Import all files from your Premium Rapidshare Account to your File Manager!

Enjoy Free Web Space and Great Services of ADrive!
